The Balfour Beatty Communities Community Centers offer a multitude of enjoyable features for resident enjoyment. Features include a fitness center, kitchen, great room with divider, outdoor covered seating, and an in grounds grill. Many LifeWorks events are held at the Community Center. Spaces within the Community Center may be rented out for private events by residents. To request to rent a room, please contact the Community Management Office.

Fitness Center & Athletic Resources

A fitness center is located at the Community Center and can be accessed during normal business hours. Features include a Welder Pro 8900 Weight System Exerciser, Pro Form Crosswalk 395, Pro Form XP440R Bike Exerciser, and free weights. Tennis and basketball courts are located throughout the housing communities.

Playgrounds & Picnic Areas

Playgrounds and picnic areas are located throughout the housing communities and can be accessed between dawn and dusk. Adult supervision is required. Features include compact play sets, benches, grills, and picnic tables.
